NEW SEASON OF EVENTS AT LUCAN LIBRARY

Join the team at Lucan Library this January as they kick off the year with a season of unmissable events.

The Art of Reading online event takes place on Wednesday 11th  January from 7-8pm at Lucan Library. Authors Colm Toibin and Eimear McBride will discuss Eimear’s Book, The Girl is a Half Formed Thing. Following the discussion attendees can participate in a Q&A session with Colm and Eimear. To register for this event email lucan@sdublincoco.ie with your email address to receive the Zoom link.

 

Join Barbara McAteer for a wellbeing tutorial highlighting Natural Skincare for the Winter Months, taking place on Wednesday 18th January at 7pm. Barbara returns to Lucan Library to share the benefits of natural skin and body-care during the cold months. Also, you will learn how to create not only a good skincare regime but lots of tips on creating some home healing skincare using found ingredients. You will also learn some wonderful face-lifting massage techniques. Bookings available from Wednesday 11th January at 3pm via Eventbrite.

STEAM Saturday for Children returns on 28th  January from 10am-12pm. Booking early to avoid disappointment from Saturday 21st January here.
